Return Conditions Products
Return Possible The return must be made within ten days of arrival.

In the following case, a full refund is possible.
  • The product is damaged or defective, including manufacturer defects.

In the following cases, a partial refund not including the return shipping cost is possible.
  • he return is made due to the customer's changed wants or circumstances.

  • If, having consulted these guidelines, you are unsure if a return is possible, please contact us. In the case of a manufacturer defect, a return is possible even after the usual allowed refund period.
Return Not Possible
  • Built-to-order, custom, or personalized goods.
  • Automatic or hand-wound wristwatches (please consult the warranty certificate).
  • The manufacturer's original packaging is missing or damaged.
  • Return because the shipping form is fixed to the item's packaging.
Under the following conditions, return is not possible even if the product is defective or damaged.
  • After delivery, the product has been (further) damaged or soiled by the customer.
  • Manufacturer defect has not been confirmed with manufacturer.
  • All contents and accessories are not accounted for.
  • The product has been altered or its parts changed/substituted.
  • Software that has been installed.
  • The customer has contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer has stated that the product is not defective.
Return not possible based on customer's changed wants
or circumstances (damage or defect only)
  • Magazines
  • Prepaid cards or other prepaid items
  • Food, drink, diet supplements
  • Pet food, pet consumibles, pet medicine
  • Used consumibles (shampoo, ink&etc.)
  • Used piercings (earrings&etc.)
  • Made-to-order
  • Worn clothing (including shoes, socks, stockings&etc.)
  • Toilets, kitchen systems, doors

Return Shipping

Under the following conditions the cost of return shipping will be borne by J-Subculture Shopping.

  • Manufacturer defect is confirmed.

Under the following conditions the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • The return is made due to the customer's changed wants or circumstances.
  • he product is opened and/or used.

※ Defining "opened/used"

The following conditions determine whether a product is considered opened or used.

  • The maker's original packaging has been opened.
  • The maker's original packaging is damaged.
  • The product has been re-packaged in a way that intentionally damages the product.
  • The product's tag is removed.
  • The product's vinyl wrapping is opened.
  • Packaging cables or wires have been removed.
  • The product has been used in any other way.

Caution!

  • The refund will be issued upon receival of the returned product.
  • Refunds can be credited either by paypal or to your purchasing credit card, depending on your preference.
  • The return of unusually large or heavy products may cause difficulties. Please use your discretion and consult with us beforehand. Failure to do so may result in complications with the return, or even measures taken against your account.
  • We are unable to correct manufacturer defects, offer repairs, replacement parts or replacement products.
  • In case of suspected fault or damage in a battery-powered product, please try replacing the batteries before attempting a return.
