This is a Hasegawa 1/48 scale assembly and painting required plastic model kit of the Boeing EA-18G Growler, a specialized version of the two-seat F/A-18F Super Hornet use as carrier-based electronic warfare aircraft by the United States Navy. Model kit features: Fine engraved panel lines, basic tandem cockpits, optional seated aircrew (with choice of JHMCS or standard helmets), intake trunking, well detailed landing gear and wheel wells, separately molded control surfaces (leading edge flaps, flaperons, rudder), pivoting stabilators, boarding ladder and multipart optional position canopy. Also includes external stores - 480 gallon drop tanks (x2), ALQ-99 low band jamming pods (x1), ALQ-99 high band jamming pods (x2), ALQ-218 wingtip jamming receiver pods (x2), AIM-120 AMRAAMs and AGM-88 HARMs (x2). Decals and painting guide for 2 US Navy aircraft: BuNo 166928 CAG of VFA-141 'Shadow Hawks', USS George H W Bush, 2010 and BuNo 166858 of VAQ-129 'Vikings', 2008 - includes instrument markings and stencil data.
